These are my first tries with the type of peotry called "Haiku". I am not that well familiar with it so you will have to excuse me if I didn't do well ^-^
Waves of the sea
Wrestle the warm winds
Sadness washed away
Naked trees
And beds of snow
But hearts are warm
Her cold breath
Warm on my face
Like scent of a rose

Hey you did really good job with haiku
I always have hard time to figure out if my haiku are 5-7-5
Thank you for bringing haiku to your blog...
Nasra:
Thanks :D
And about the 5-7-5 I really didn't care about it since I read that in English it is ok to ignore it because it is hard to achieve while in Japanes it is a must!
Thank you for reading them :D
I am not familiar with this Haikus style!!! First I thought its a japanese word!!!!

Nasra:
Yeah I read them and well there is this condition of having a word that indicate a season was missing from them I guess!
No one writes better haikus than my friend Amunki. migrantmind@blogspot.com
She's funny, sensitive yet sharp!
Here is a Haiku for you:
5 7 5 Say it
Bring in Something Natural
End it with a punch
Mama Fusla:
Yeah I have seen her blog before :D
That rule of 5 7 5 will be a headache for me if I tried to apply it :P
5 7 5 Say it
Bring in Something Natural
End it with a punch
That was a Haiku :)
Mama Fusla:
:D
I know it is a haiku! Don't you think it will be a shame for me writing some haikus and not recognizing them? And I know the 5 7 5 rule apply to it too. Unless I am not good in counting the syllables :P
