Two Hearts
It is a poem written in blood
For romance has come to an end
Two hearts lost in the flood
Two hearts impossible to mend
Stories of love we have read before
Where most have been a success
Two hearts broken and nothing more
Two hearts were beating in a mess
Lovers come and lovers go
And time does not wait for anyone
Two hearts they did not know
Two hearts they were; and now they are none
