Ok I will answer after about 2 hours! I thought it was easy! She is a famous cartoon character in one of the best cartoons ever!
Ok time is up and I am very disappointed that no one guessed :(This girl is Lady Oscar! The cartoon was about the French Revolution.
Aquamarine:The main story was about french revolution but also there are love stories which are sad!I wouldn't mind watching the cartoon again if they show it on TV! But it seems you grew up watching the cartoon network :p
